Montbel lake

The beauty and the peacefulness of the site is typical of the wild and undulating country situated at the foot of the Pyrenees of Ariège. It will charm the strollers. Amateur anglers will appreciate the wide range of fishes in the lake allowing to choose the different fishing-techniques : pikes, carps, perches, trouts, salmons. Small boats without heat motor are allowed.

The sailing club will be pleased to take you out for a discovery trip on the lake. The lake is an ideal place for water sports : sailboard, pedal-boat, catamaran, canoe-kayak... And if you are only attracted by relaxing beach-holidays, by swimming and taking advantage of the sun, please do not hesitate to come to the beach (swimming is supervised).
